Clapham House is a purpose built block in the city centre.

With 14 studio flats comprising a bed-sitting room, kitchen and bathroom.

Studio price is £155(SOLD OUT)   from the 7th September 2026 (1GB Broadband/Wi-fi, utilities, water) All inclusive. (Students Only).

There are also 27 shared  flats for four people and 4 shared flats for 3 people who each have their own bedroom and share a lounge, kitchen and shower room, with second toilet.

DEPOSITS : From the 1st January 2027 we will be taking deposits again of £200, this will be refundable on your room being satisfactory when you leave.

Bedding will not be provided for also, we will supply a bedding pack for £30.

Energy watch: We do operate a fair usage policy on the energy which is monitored every month, if you go over your allocated allowance more than three times you will be invoiced accordingly.

Please Note contract start dates must start on Monday and finish on a Sunday.

there may be a £50 administration charge to change your contract.
